Pe scurt: folosim datele tale doar ca să-ți răspundem la cererea de ofertă și, dacă lucrăm împreună, ca să facem lucrarea. Nu le vindem și nu le dăm altcuiva pentru reclame. Dacă nu ajungem să lucrăm împreună, le ștergem după 6 luni.

Suntem operatorul datelor tale personale, în sensul Regulamentului (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR). Pentru orice întrebare despre datele tale ne scrii la adresa de email de mai sus.
2. Ce date colectăm
- Din formularul de ofertă: nume, telefon, localitate, ce te interesează, detaliile pe care le scrii și, dacă alegi, o fotografie cu scara.
- Din mesajele pe WhatsApp, telefon sau email: numărul sau adresa ta și ce ne scrii.
- Dacă devii client: datele necesare pentru contract și factură (nume, adresă, eventual date de firmă) și adresa la care facem montajul.
- Statistici de vizitare, doar dacă accepți: date despre cum folosești site-ul (paginile văzute, tipul de dispozitiv, orașul aproximativ), prin Google Analytics.
Nu cerem și nu avem nevoie de date sensibile.
3. De ce le folosim și pe ce bază legală

4. Cât timp le păstrăm
- Cereri de ofertă care nu devin comenzi: 6 luni de la ultimul contact, apoi le ștergem.
- Clienți: pe durata lucrării și a garanției, iar documentele contabile pe termenul cerut de legislația fiscală și contabilă.
- Statistici Google Analytics: maximum 14 luni.
5. Cui le transmitem
Nu vindem și nu închiriem datele tale. Ele ajung doar la furnizorii pe care îi folosim ca să funcționeze site-ul și comunicarea:
- Cloudflare – găzduirea site-ului;
- Google – email (Gmail) și, doar cu acordul tău, Google Analytics;
- WhatsApp (Meta) – dacă alegi să ne scrii pe WhatsApp;
- contabilul firmei – doar datele de facturare ale clienților;
- autorități, doar dacă legea ne obligă.
Unii dintre acești furnizori pot prelucra date în afara Spațiului Economic European, de exemplu în SUA. Transferurile se fac pe baza cadrului UE–SUA privind protecția datelor (Data Privacy Framework) sau a clauzelor contractuale standard aprobate de Comisia Europeană.
6. Drepturile tale
Ai dreptul să ceri:
- acces la datele tale și o copie a lor;
- corectarea datelor greșite;
- ștergerea datelor („dreptul de a fi uitat”);
- restricționarea prelucrării;
- portabilitatea datelor;
- să te opui prelucrării;
- retragerea consimțământului pentru statistici, oricând, din „Setări cookies”, în subsolul site-ului.

7. Cookies
Site-ul folosește cookies de statistică doar dacă le accepți în bannerul de la prima vizită. Dacă refuzi, site-ul funcționează exact la fel.

8. Siguranța datelor
Datele primite prin site ajung doar la noi, pe conexiune securizată (HTTPS). Accesul la ele îl au doar persoanele din firmă care se ocupă de oferte și lucrări.
9. Modificări
Dacă schimbăm această politică, actualizăm data de la începutul paginii. Pentru schimbări importante punem un anunț vizibil pe site.

Az általános adatvédelmi rendelet (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) értelmében mi vagyunk a személyes adataid kezelője. Az adataiddal kapcsolatos kérdésekkel a fenti e-mail-címen kereshetsz minket.
2. Milyen adatokat gyűjtünk
- Az ajánlatkérő űrlapon: név, telefonszám, település, mi érdekel, az általad megadott részletek, és ha úgy döntesz, egy fotó a lépcsőről.
- WhatsApp-, telefon- vagy e-mail-üzenetekből: a telefonszámod vagy e-mail-címed, és amit írsz nekünk.
- Ha ügyfelünk leszel: a szerződéshez és a számlához szükséges adatok (név, cím, esetleg cégadatok), valamint a szerelés helyszínének címe.
- Látogatási statisztika, csak ha elfogadod: adatok arról, hogyan használod az oldalt (megtekintett oldalak, eszköz típusa, hozzávetőleges város), a Google Analytics segítségével.
Különleges (érzékeny) adatokat nem kérünk, és nincs is rájuk szükségünk.

4. Meddig őrizzük meg
- Megrendeléssé nem váló ajánlatkérések: az utolsó kapcsolatfelvételtől számított 6 hónapig, utána töröljük.
- Ügyfelek: a munka és a garancia idejére, a számviteli dokumentumokat pedig az adó- és számviteli jogszabályokban előírt ideig.
- Google Analytics statisztika: legfeljebb 14 hónapig.
5. Kinek továbbítjuk
Az adataidat nem adjuk el és nem adjuk bérbe. Csak azokhoz a szolgáltatókhoz kerülnek, akiket az oldal és a kapcsolattartás működéséhez használunk:
- Cloudflare – a weboldal tárhelye;
- Google – e-mail (Gmail), és csak a hozzájárulásoddal a Google Analytics;
- WhatsApp (Meta) – ha WhatsAppon írsz nekünk;
- a cég könyvelője – csak az ügyfelek számlázási adatai;
- hatóságok, csak ha a törvény kötelez rá.
E szolgáltatók egy része az Európai Gazdasági Térségen kívül, például az Egyesült Államokban is kezelhet adatokat. Ilyen továbbítás az EU–USA adatvédelmi keretrendszer (Data Privacy Framework) vagy az Európai Bizottság által jóváhagyott általános szerződési feltételek alapján történik.
6. A jogaid
Jogod van kérni:
- hozzáférést az adataidhoz és másolatot róluk;
- a hibás adatok helyesbítését;
- az adatok törlését („az elfeledtetéshez való jog”);
- az adatkezelés korlátozását;
- az adathordozhatóságot;
- tiltakozni az adatkezelés ellen;
- a statisztikához adott hozzájárulás visszavonását bármikor, az oldal alján található „Süti-beállítások” menüben.

7. Sütik
Az oldal csak akkor használ statisztikai sütiket, ha az első látogatáskor elfogadod őket. Ha elutasítod, az oldal ugyanúgy működik.

A döntésedet bármikor megváltoztathatod az oldal alján a „Süti-beállítások” menüben, vagy törölheted a sütiket a böngésződ beállításaiban.
8. Az adatok biztonsága
Az oldalon keresztül küldött adatok biztonságos (HTTPS) kapcsolaton, csak hozzánk érkeznek. Hozzájuk csak a cégnél az ajánlatokkal és a munkákkal foglalkozó személyek férnek hozzá.
9. Változások
Ha módosítjuk ezt a tájékoztatót, frissítjük az oldal tetején lévő dátumot. Fontos változásokról jól látható értesítést teszünk közzé az oldalon.

2. Welche Daten wir erheben
- Über das Anfrageformular: Name, Telefonnummer, Ort, Ihr Anliegen, die von Ihnen angegebenen Details und, falls Sie möchten, ein Foto der Treppe.
- Aus Nachrichten per WhatsApp, Telefon oder E-Mail: Ihre Nummer oder Adresse und der Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht.
- Wenn Sie Kunde werden: die für Vertrag und Rechnung nötigen Daten (Name, Adresse, ggf. Firmendaten) und die Adresse der Montage.
- Besucherstatistik, nur mit Ihrer Zustimmung: Daten zur Nutzung der Website (aufgerufene Seiten, Gerätetyp, ungefährer Ort) über Google Analytics.
Besondere Kategorien personenbezogener Daten erheben wir nicht und benötigen wir nicht.

4. Speicherdauer

5. Empfänger
Wir verkaufen oder vermieten Ihre Daten nicht. Sie gelangen nur an Dienstleister, die wir für den Betrieb der Website und die Kommunikation nutzen:
- Cloudflare – Hosting der Website;
- Google – E-Mail (Gmail) und, nur mit Ihrer Einwilligung, Google Analytics;
- WhatsApp (Meta) – wenn Sie uns per WhatsApp schreiben;
- unser Buchhalter – nur Rechnungsdaten von Kunden;
- Behörden, nur wenn wir gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet sind.
Einige dieser Dienstleister können Daten außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeiten, etwa in den USA. Die Übermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage des EU-US-Datenschutzrahmens (Data Privacy Framework) oder der von der Europäischen Kommission genehmigten Standardvertragsklauseln.

2. What data we collect
- From the quote form: name, phone number, town, what you need, the details you write and, if you choose, a photo of your stairs.
- From WhatsApp, phone or email messages: your number or address and what you write to us.
- If you become a client: the details needed for the contract and invoice (name, address, company details if any) and the installation address.
- Visitor statistics, only if you accept: data on how you use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate city), through Google Analytics.
We do not ask for, and do not need, any sensitive data.

4. How long we keep it
- Quote requests that don’t become orders: 6 months from the last contact, then deleted.
- Clients: for the duration of the job and the warranty; accounting records for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
- Google Analytics statistics: at most 14 months.
5. Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your data. It only reaches the providers we use to run the site and to communicate:
- Cloudflare – website hosting;
- Google – email (Gmail) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics;
- WhatsApp (Meta) – if you choose to message us on WhatsApp;
- our accountant – only clients’ billing details;
- public authorities, only where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”);
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing;
- withdraw your consent to statistics at any time, from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site.
Write to us at sc.pinro@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days at most. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru nr. 28-30, București, www.dataprotection.ro.
7. Cookies
The site only uses statistics cookies if you accept them on your first visit. If you decline, the site works exactly the same.

8. Data security
Data sent through the site reaches only us, over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Only the people in the company who handle quotes and jobs can access it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. For important changes we post a visible notice on the site.
